Shai is a graduate student of the Hebrew University’s MBA program, specializing in Urban Development, and a teaching assistant at the Joint Program in Business Administration and Arts. She is a graduate of the Joint Program’s second class. As part of her studies in the program, she interned at the Beta Arts Center, part of the Jerusalem Municipality’s Plastic Art Department. She is currently in her second year of internship at the Israel Museum’s Prints and Drawings Department. Shai served twice as the producer of the yearly Jerusalem Art Conference, part of the Manofim Contemporary Art Festival in Jerusalem, and she currently serves as the production coordinator for Outline, an illustration and poetry festival in Jerusalemץ
